We are Stuwarooij!
Stuwarooij has been a trusted name in logistics since 1989. Every day, more than 200 colleagues dedicate themselves to more than 150 clients. Our services include loading and unloading, forklift work, packing, storage and transhipment, order picking and production work - in short, a wide range of work related to transport and logistics.
What do we offer?
We offer you a permanent contract. In other words, you will be employed by Stuwarooij. As an employee, this gives you security and clarity. You know exactly how much you will work and earn; you are insured; your premiums are properly paid. In short, you know where you stand. Especially when you consider that we were one of the first in our industry to have our own collective labour agreement (CAO). This sets out exactly what rights and obligations employer and employee have towards each other.The company CAO and the supplementary StuwaReglement (which contains all the company rules) are available from the Human Resources (HR) department.

What else is there?
At Stuwarooij, we understand that sometimes it can be difficult. Our employees can always contact HR for a confidential discussion. We help foreign employees with administrative matters, such as applying for a BSN, opening a bank account and registering with the municipality. This way, we take away worries so that employees feel better and can contribute.
We cooperate with Certa Rental for housing foreign colleagues. The residences are safe, SNF-certified and meet fire safety requirements. Employees have free access to kitchen appliances, washing machines and Wi-Fi.
If you have a valid driving licence, a company car can be made available through Certa Rental for business purposes in the Netherlands.
